Through vegan cooking classes, Blue Zone–inspired recipes, and soulful retreats, CVK invites you into a more grounded relationship with food. One that honors lineage, moves with the seasons, and supports a slower, more intentional way of living in the modern world.

Christina Gdisis

Christina is a Vegan lifestyle coach, plant-based chef, and certified mindfulness facilitator. She created CVK to share the food and philosophy passed down through generations of Greek women - and to help others build a soulful relationship with food, body, and earth.
