The Laiki
In Greece, the laïki is the weekly outdoor market where the season shows up in person. Tomatoes in July, citrus in winter, herbs that still have dirt on them. You go because it's where your neighbors are, where the week makes sense, where you remember what time of year it is.
The Laïki is my monthly letter, in that spirit. What's in season, what I'm cooking, what I'm reading, a few things worth passing along. Once a month, from my kitchen to yours.

Our Cooking Classes
Recorded classes, ready whenever you are. Each one comes with a recipe booklet, so you can cook the dish again on your own, in your own kitchen, at your own pace. No live schedule to work around, just the class and the recipes, there when you want them.
"I have never been a cook, depending on others to provide my meals. Now, everything has changed. Through Christina's classes, I am learning to love the entire experience of cooking, every slice, every scent, every sound. Plus, the recipes are delicious."

Why Conscious Cooking?
There’s a rhythm in the kitchen that speaks to something older than trends.
A remembering that happens when our hands meet the earth’s abundance when we chop, stir, taste, and tend with care.
Conscious cooking is seasonal, plant-based cooking guided by the land and by ancestral food wisdom passed down through generations. In a world filled with noise, it’s a return to kitchens where meals were rooted in nourishment. Where food was a daily ritual - a conversation, a ceremony.
Here, you’ll find Greek mountain herbs alongside Blue Zone–inspired meals, slow-cooked stews shaped by time and season, and whole-food plant-based recipes that honor your natural rhythm throughout the year.
Welcome to a kitchen and life filled with presence and intention.
A space to cook, to connect, and to remember yourself through food.
