The Laiki

In Greece, the laïki is the weekly outdoor market where the season shows up in person. Tomatoes in July, citrus in winter, herbs that still have dirt on them. You go because it's where your neighbors are, where the week makes sense, where you remember what time of year it is.

The Laïki is my monthly letter, in that spirit. What's in season, what I'm cooking, what I'm reading, a few things worth passing along. Once a month, from my kitchen to yours.

Recorded classes, ready whenever you are. Each one comes with a recipe booklet, so you can cook the dish again on your own, in your own kitchen, at your own pace. No live schedule to work around, just the class and the recipes, there when you want them.
