Hi there, I'm Christina Gdisis, born and raised in Queens, New York, and daughter of Greek immigrant farmers. I've worn quite a few hats in my life—I'm a Vegan Lifestyle Coach, a Vegan Chef, and a Certified Yoga and Meditation Facilitator. But at the core of it all, I'm just someone who's deeply passionate about living a compassionate life and helping others do the same.

My journey into the world of veganism began more than a decade ago, and it's been an incredible ride. For me, being a conscious vegan means making choices that are in tune with our truest selves and aligning with the rhythms of Mother Nature.

My love for cooking has its roots in my Greek immigrant grandmother's kitchen, where I learned the art of preparing food with love. Those lessons have stuck with me, and today, I create dishes that not only taste fantastic but also nurture both the body and soul. I truly believe that vegan food is a reflection of compassion, filled with the abundance and kindness of our dear Mama Earth. It's not just about sustenance; it's about nourishing our minds, bodies, and our highest selves.

In 2018, I earned my Yoga and Meditation Facilitator certifications from the Bhakti Center. Since then, I've used that knowledge to support others on their journey towards conscious living, mindfulness, and compassion. Encouraging people to embrace a vegan lifestyle is a big part of what I do because I believe it can enhance our spiritual journey and, in its own way, make the world a better place, one person at a time.

My mission is all about spreading compassion and mindfulness through vegan cooking, ayurvedic principles and lessons from Greek ancestral wisdom passed down. I want to invite you to join me on this journey. Explore the world of compassionate living through my cooking classes, courses, retreats, and more.

So, welcome to the opportunity to explore, ground yourself, and nourish your soul. Together, let's build a solid foundation for transformative change, one kind and mindful choice at a time.
